Introduction

Koch is a GNU/Linux HPC compute node managed by RTIS and available to the Department of Microbiology & Immunology researchers.

It is provided to run memory and CPU intensive interactive and non-interactive jobs for computing usecases where NeSI is not a good fit. Koch does not have GPU cores available.
